Being Florida-based and Florida-focused allows Security First Insurance to quickly recognize market changes. It's Marilyn's job to identify and implement technical solutions that allow our systems to adapt quickly to those changes. She defines and analyzes the requirements necessary for system upgrades - while taking into consideration how the upgrade will impact employees, agents, customers and other stakeholders - and manages the implementation of each system upgrade release. Working for a company that prides itself on innovation means there's never a dull moment for Marilyn, and she appreciates that her contributions matter to the organization.
Marilyn, who moved to Florida in 1996, loves the Sunshine State because of its weather and rich history. She enjoys taking one-tank trips around the state and travling to visit her out-of-state relatives.
