He has led Ormond Re Group as President since 1980 and over the last two decades, he has grown the business to include several subsidiaries across the insurance industry.

He uses his knowledge of the industry and accounting principles to help the company maintain a Financial Stability Rating (FSR) of A, Excceptional, by Demotech, Inc., a rating the company has earned since it was formed in 2005.

Werner uses his 35+ year insurance background and passion for technology to help Security First Insurance Company maintain its highly-regarded homeowners insurance program and to identify opportunities and solutions that make it as easy as possible for customers and agents to do business with the company.

Kathy documents every penny that comes in and goes out of Security First Insurance. She considers the company's financial integrity and ability to pay policyholders in the event of a claim with every decision she makes.

Bill believes in building relationships that last - he launched his career in insurance sales in 1965, the same year he married his wife. He and his talented team of field sales representatives have helped Security First Insurance achieve phenomenal growth by nurturing deep relationships with nearly 1,500 agents in Florida.
